Amianna Stovall has joined Dentons LLP as a partner in the commercial litigation practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
She assists clients in issues related to breach of contract, federal securities laws, financial services, and partnership disputes, according to Dentons.
Stovall has represented clients before the SEC, FINRA, and in arbitration forums, Dentons said.
