Dentons Adds Capital Markets Partner Carey in Washington, DC

Chrys Carey joined Dentons as a partner in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.

Carey advises banks, investment firms, hedge funds and other financial institutions on derivatives, swaps, FX and hedging transactions, as well as related regulatory and compliance matters. He represents clients on both buy- and sell-side transactions, covering listed and over-the-counter products and issues arising under global derivatives regulatory frameworks, the firm said.
