Andrew McClain joined Dentons as a partner in its restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy practice in Chicago, the firm announced Friday.
McClain’ practice involves creditors’ rights, including judicial and non-judicial commercial foreclosures, receiverships and Article 9 sales, the firm said.
He regularly counsels clients on insolvency, collections, commercial lending, distressed real estate and special servicing matters. He represents secured lenders, special servicers, government-sponsored enterprises and court-appointed receivers, Dentons said.
