An aviation executive’s allegations that Dechert LLP engaged in a civil conspiracy to hack his confidential computer data should be thrown out of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the law firm said in a court filing.
Farhad Azima’s claims are repetitive of those he has raised in parallel lawsuits that have been proceeding for several years in the UK and in the US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, Dechert said in a joint motion to dismiss filed Tuesday with codefendants in the New York court.
