Craig Cohen joined Dechert as a partner in its global tax group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Cohen advises on structured credit and transactional matters. His practice focuses on financings, capital markets, asset-backed securities, and asset-based lending. He also advises large collateral managers in New York and London and works on leveraged finance transactions, the firm said.
