Brian Whaley joined Dechert as a partner in its global finance group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Whaley advises on private credit finance, securitization, and structured and derivative products. He represents underwriters, issuers, and investment managers on financings of private credit vehicles, collateralized loan obligation transactions, and other asset-backed securities transactions, the firm said.
