Dechert added the privacy and security team of Brenda Sharton and Karen Neuman from Goodwin Procter.
Sharton becomes co-chair of Dechert’s global privacy and cybersecurity practice, and Neuman becomes global head of privacy counseling.
The additions are part of the firm’s “strategy to expand and enhance our privacy and cybersecurity capabilities across all industries,” said Christopher Harvey, global co-chair of Dechert’s financial services group.
