Cynthia Beyea has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the global financial services group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Beyea advises mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, business development companies, investment company boards of directors, and investment advisers, according to Dechert.
She has experience with issues involving the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and related federal securities laws, Dechert said.
