Doug Mannal and Stephen Zide have joined Dechert as partners in the global financial restructuring practice in New York, the law firm said Tuesday.
Mannal represents official unsecured creditors’ committees and ad hoc creditor groups in Chapter 11 cases, according to the firm.
Zide focuses on complex capital structures and negotiating DIP financings, equity commitment agreements and rights offerings, Dechert said.
