Saira Henry has joined Dechert as a partner in the antitrust and competition practice in London, the firm said Thursday.

She focuses on merger clearance and anti-competitive conduct matters, according to Dechert.

Henry, who has experience with tech antitrust issues, has practiced in the UK before the Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission in Brussels, Dechert said.
