Aaron Scott has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the global finance practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
Scott focuses on structured finance and securitization with a focus on CLOs, according to Dechert.
He advises on transactions for global financial institutions as well as the EU regulatory aspects of US CLOs, Dechert said.
