Dechert Adds PwC’s Lee as Tax Partner in Washington Office

Dechert LLP hired Rebecca Lee as a partner in its global tax practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced on Tuesday.

Lee, who joins from PwC, will advise on exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, closed-end funds and common trust funds as well as credit, hedge, and private equity funds, according to Dechert. She has worked with global asset managers, other large financial services companies, Fortune 500 corporations, institutional investors, and portfolio companies on complex financial transactions, the firm said.
