Dechert Adds Miner as Partner to NY Corporate, Securities Team

Brian Miner has joined Dechert LLP as a partner with the corporate and securities practice group in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Miner works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the asset management, insurance, financial services, life sciences and healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors, according to Dechert.

He advises asset management firms and their funds on liquidity solutions, Dechert said.
