Michael McGrath has joined Dechert as a partner in the financial services group in Boston, the firm said Thursday.
McGrath focuses on advising global asset managers on the formation and operation of investment funds and other investment products, according to Dechert.
He also advises investment managers and broker-dealers on marketing, advertising, and fundraising issues across asset classes and distribution channels, the firm said.
