Eliot L. Relles has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the corporate and securities practice group in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Relles works on complex financial transactions, representing borrowers and lenders, including non-bank private lenders, according to Dechert.
He has experience in acquisition financing, leveraged lending, structured financial arrangements, asset-based lending, work-outs, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession loans, Dechert said.
