Dechert Adds Another Partner in Global Finance Expansion

William Robertson has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the global finance team in New York, the firm said Monday.

Robertson focuses on financings relating to acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other transactions. He represents major banks, credit funds, and alternative capital providers, according to the firm.

Robertson previously worked in-house at ING Financial Services LLC and in the New York and Beijing offices of another international firm.
