Jay Neukom joined Davis Polk as a partner in its intellectual property litigation practice in Northern California, the firm announced Monday.
Neukom joins from Debevoise & Plimpton, where he co-chaired the firm’s technology practice group. He serves as lead trial counsel to publicly traded and large private companies in high-stakes courtroom disputes against direct competitors, according to Davis Polk.
Neukom previously led the intellectual property litigation group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
