Tim Cornell has joined Debevoise & Plimpton as a partner in the firm’s antitrust group in Washington, the firm said Friday.
Cornell will advise public companies and private equity sponsors, among others, on a range of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, litigation and government investigations, according to Debevoise.
