Alessandra Love Simons has joined Debevoise & Plimpton as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions group in the San Francisco office, the firm said Wednesday.
Simons represents venture-backed and publicly-traded companies in domestic and cross-border transactions in addition to growth equity and venture capital funds in their investments, according to Debevoise & Plimpton.
She has experience advising boards and executives through M&A exits and helping companies in all stages of growth enhance value, said the firm.
