James Grimwood joined Debevoise & Plimpton as a partner in its private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices in London, the firm announced Friday.
Grimwood advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate transactions, the firm said.
