Lindsay Cooper Hayman joined Debevoise & Plimpton as a partner in the intellectual property litigation group in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.
Cooper Hayman will focus on patent and technology litigation, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and trademark issues, the firm said.
Her practice includes litigating intellectual property and commercial disputes, with a focus on representing established and emerging technology companies, Debevoise said.
