Deals Boutique Massumi + Consoli Dishes Out Big Associate Bonuses

Middle-market deals firm Massumi + Consoli is the latest boutique law firm to hand out large bonuses to its associates.

The firm is matching the Big Law scale set by Milbank this year in offering bonuses ranging from $20,000 to $115,000. It’s also handing out special bonuses of up to $25,000, according to an internal memo viewed by Bloomberg Law.

“We have always believed that maintaining top-of-market compensation is essential for attracting and retaining exceptional talent as our firm continues its ascent,” said name partner Peter Massumi.
