Day Pitney Recruits Rodriguez as Miami Trusts, Estates Partner

Melissa A. Rodriguez has joined Day Pitney as a trusts and estates partner in the private client department in Miami, the firm said Monday.

Rodriguez focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related litigation, counseling clients on ultra-high-net-worth planning, according to Day Pitney.

She provides counseling services in advance of preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, marital agreements, and estate planning documents. She has knowledge of estate and gift tax laws and regulations as well as planning experience with Internal Revenue Service filings, Day Pitney said.
