Day Pitney Grows With Amy Drais as Tax Partner in Connecticut

Amy Drais joined Day Pitney as a tax partner in Stamford, Conn., the firm announced Monday.

Drais advises fund managers, investment funds, and fund investors on partnership tax matters in connection with fund formation, management structures, and structuring for investments, including REITs, the firm said.

She also advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private investment funds, joint ventures, and general securities matters, as well as other international and domestic tax matters, the firm said.

She joins from Thomson Reuters, where she served as international tax director and tax counsel.
