Mark Williams joined Day Pitney as a partner in its energy practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Williams advises private equity funds, insurance-sector investors, banks, pension funds, multinational institutional investors, hedge funds, and traditional investment funds on regulatory requirements applicable to electricity and gas investments, the firm said.
He also advises on financings, mergers, acquisitions, securities, and restructuring transactions.
