Stacey Sprenkel joined Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner and head of its environmental, social, and governance and sustainability group in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
Sprenkel advises clients on compliance risks and works with legal and compliance teams, executive leadership, and boards of directors to assess compliance risks across organizations. She advises on compliance programs and controls, and develops strategies to address evolving legal regimes and enforcement environments, the firm said.
She joins from Morrison & Foerster.
