Sarah Hale joined Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner in its labor and employment practice in Portland, Ore., the firm announced Tuesday.
Hale represents management in contract negotiations, with a focus on hospital and health-care clients. She advises on labor strategy, represents clients in labor arbitrations, conducts workplace investigations, and provides guidance on disability accommodation, employee discipline, and leave policies, the firm said.
