Merrill Kramer joined Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kramer represents project developers, private equity companies, and institutional lenders in the energy industry on development, financing, sale, acquisition, and investment in energy projects and portfolios. He also advises large commercial and industrial energy users, including colleges and universities, on energy procurement and development matters, the firm said.
He joins from Pierce Atwood.
