Max Bonici joined Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Bonici advises financial institutions inside and outside the US on regulatory, supervisory, and enforcement matters, including the Bank Holding Company Act, the International Banking Act, the National Bank Act, and the Dodd-Frank Act’s Volcker Rule, the firm said.
Additionally, he counsels on core bank regulatory issues that involve the Federal Reserve, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and other bank regulators.
