Jerry Ku joins Davis Wright Tremaine as a corporate partner in San Francisco, the firm said Monday.
Ku represents early-stage, private companies in debt/equity financings, M&A transactions, commercial contract negotiations, and general legal matters, according to the firm.
He represents companies in the AI, energy and mobility, semiconductor, and SaaS sectors, as well as leading venture capital and private equity firms, the firm said.
He joins from Gunderson Dettmer.
