Neil MacBride rejoined Davis Polk as a partner in its white collar defense and investigations practice, following a stint as general counsel at the Treasury Department.
MacBride returns to Davis Polk’s Washington office, the firm said Monday. The former federal prosecutor will co-chair Davis Polk’s white collar group along with Raul Yanes, the New York litigator who rejoined the firm earlier this month after more than six years at Morgan Stanley.
Davis Polk is among Wall Street’s top legal players, advising banks such as Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase & Co. and working on large public company mergers and acquisitions. ...
