Davis Polk Recruits Leraris to Civil Litigation Practice in NY

Rory Leraris has joined Davis Polk as a partner in the civil litigation practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Leraris, who joins from Cravath Swaine & Moore, focuses on M&A-related litigation as well as securities, shareholder derivative, antitrust, and general commercial disputes, according to Davis Polk.

She represents and counsels corporations, financial institutions, asset managers, boards of directors, and individuals in complex civil litigation matters, Davis Polk said. Her clients are involved with the financial institutions, energy, technology, and telecommunications industries.
