Davis Polk Inks Manhattan’s Biggest Office Lease of 2023 (1)

Davis Polk & Wardwell has signed a 25-year lease extension to expand and update its Midtown headquarters as the law firm ramps up in-person work requirements and plans for future growth.

The firm is adding another 30,000 square feet to its current space at 450 Lexington Ave., which Davis Polk has called home since 1992. The deal increases the firm’s footprint to 700,000 square feet, the largest commercial space leased in New York City this year, according to a press release by the building’s landlord RXR Realty on Tuesday announcing the deal.
