Ryan McNaughton joined Davis Polk as a partner in its finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
McNaughton represents lenders, institutional investors, private equity funds, borrowers, and other clients in structured and asset-backed financings. He focuses on the esoteric asset-backed securities market, including transactions in whole business, digital infrastructure, music royalties, intellectual property, and investment funds, the firm said.
He joins from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
