Jessica Delbaum joined Davis Polk as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Delbaum’s practice focuses on the defense of mergers and acquisitions before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as coordinating the multijurisdictional antitrust defense of transactions. She also counsels clients on competitor collaborations, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, business practices and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance, the firm said.
She joins from A&O Shearman.
