Nick Caro has joined Davis Polk & Wardwell as a partner with the sponsor finance practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Caro represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies, family offices, private wealth funds, and other issuers and investors, according to the firm.
His practice focuses on leveraged finance, including broadly syndicated facilities, private credit, recurring revenue loans, venture capital and early-stage company debt facilities, and complex debt restructurings and liability management transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
