Davis Polk Adds Nathaniel Asker as Antitrust Partner in New York

Nathaniel Asker joined Davis Polk as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Asker advises public companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on the antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as on government investigations and compliance matters. He represents clients in technology, consumer products, aerospace, industrials, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, the firm said.

He joins from Fried Frank.
