John Penn joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its financial restructuring & bankruptcy department in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Penn joins the firm from Perkins Coie. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, trustees, and unsecured creditor committees in reorganizations and insolvency proceedings as well as various parties in bankruptcy-related litigation.
