Sam Khichi will join CVS Health as executive vice president, chief policy officer, and general counsel, the company said Thursday.
Khichi will head the legal, compliance, and government affairs teams, CVS Health said.
He was previously the executive vice president, corporate development, public policy, regulatory affairs, and general counsel at medical device company Becton Dickinson, according to CVS Health.
