Crypto.com Arena must stay in litigation with a camera operator who refused to take the Covid-19 vaccine on religious grounds.
Matt Camp says that the Los Angeles Arena Co. refused to take his religious conviction seriously when they issued a mandatory vaccination policy.
The company invited Camp to fill out a questionnaire about his beliefs in support of a potential religious exemption to the policy, which Camp found “laughable,” saying “I will be willing to explain why should this go to court.” He was fired in January 2022.
