A judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Crowell & Moring seeking a refund of $30 million in rent it paid for its Washington D.C. office while its lawyers worked from home during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The suit was dismissed Thursday according to a docket entry indicating Judge Donald Walker Tunnage of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued an oral ruling granting the landlord’s motion for summary judgment.
