Joe Urwitz has joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in the tax group, the firm said Wednesday.
Urwitz has particular experience with executive compensation and employee benefits issues in complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions, according to Crowell & Moring.
He works with companies in the private equity, technology, and health care industries, Crowell & Moring said.
