Arinze Ike joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in its corporate group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Ike advises companies on private mergers and acquisitions, including complex portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, stock and asset purchases, and private equity and venture capital investments, the firm said.
He joins from Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen.
