Elaine Taussig and Tom Williams have joined Crowell & Moring as partners in the corporate group in the Chicago office, the firm said Wednesday.
Taussig has experience representing clients in securities offerings, compliance with complex laws and regulations, and in corporate transactions, according to Crowell & Moring.
Williams, who also joins the firm’s IP group, concentrates his practice on managing IP-related due diligence activities in corporate transactions, said the firm.
The pair joins from Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg.
