Eric S. Aronson has joined Crowell & Moring as a partner with the litigation group in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Aronson, who joins from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, acts for companies in areas such as general commercial and contractual disputes, real estate, insurance, health care, and environmental disputes, according to Crowell & Moring.
He works with financial institutions, closely held corporations, consumer product companies, technology firms, real estate brokers, and private equity groups and their portfolio companies, Crowell & Moring said.
