Jon Gurka has joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in the intellectual property department, the firm said Thursday.
Gurka’s intellectual property practice includes patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and breach of contract matters, said Crowell & Moring. He has handled cases that involve blockchain, telecommunications, medical devices and surgical procedures, and computer hardware and software systems.
Prior to joining the firm, Gurka served as a partner at Knobbe Martens.
