Crowell & Moring Adds Former Federal Aviation Regulator Arshad

Amna Arshad has rejoined Crowell & Moring as a partner in the aviation and transportation practices in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.

Arshad has advised transportation and aviation sector clients on domestic and international regulatory issues such as compliance counseling, disputes and investigations defense, and commercial transactions, according to Crowell & Moring.

She was the head of the US transportation and aviation regulatory practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Crowell & Moring said. She also served as a senior trial attorney for the Transportation Department’s Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings.
