Crowell & Moring Adds Ex-Foreign Assets Control Chief Counsel

Jason Prince, who formerly served as chief counsel to the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, has joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in the international trade and financial services practices, the firm said Monday.

Prince will advise corporations on sanctions and export controls on Russia and other targeted nations and parties, according to Crowell & Moring.

He has also served as an attorney‐advisor in the Office of the Assistant General Counsel for Enforcement and Intelligence, Crowell & Moring said.
