Shennie Patel has joined Crowell & Moring as senior counsel in the environment and natural resources group, the firm said Wednesday.
Patel served as a trial attorney for the environment crimes section at the US Department of Justice, according to Crowell & Moring.
She will focus on working with clients on responding to government investigations, resolving agency enforcement actions, and avoiding criminal liability, Crowell & Moring said.
She also served as a law clerk for Judge Lucius D. Bunton III on the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, according to the firm.
