Crowell & Moring will move its downtown Washington headquarters to a new site in the center of the city as it battles its current landlord over $30 million in rent.
The firm plans to move into about 400,000 square feet of redeveloped space at 600 Fifth St. N.W. Crowell will occupy the building’s five top floors, or about 200,000 square feet of the building’s new space, starting in 2026 when its lease at 1001 Pennsylvania Ave. ends, the firm said.
